Poll strategist Prashant Kishor who recently sent out indirect hints that he would be floating his own political outfit, has made a key announcement. PK will launch a 3000 kilometres Paadayatra in his home state, Bihar and this is likely to be his first step towards his political ambitions.

Prashant Kishor also zeroed upon the date for kick-starting his Paadayatra and it is from October 2nd which happens to be Gandhi Jayanthi. Also PK made his intentions very clear that he would be fighting against his former boss and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar.

“Under Lalu Prasad Yadav and Nitish Kumar’s leadership, Bihar has gone backwards in terms of progress and development. The next decade and decade & half are very crucial for Bihar’s progress and so I have decided to take up this Paadayatra,” said PK in a press conference.

Before commencing the Paadayatra, PK will be meeting thousands of people in the next three to four months and take feedback from them about Bihar’s development. People’s inputs are going to be the deciding factor here for PK’s political innings.

However PK said he would continue his political activism and highlighted that a political party was not a part of his immediate plans. Yet PK has a lot in store for Bihar and he wants to bring a change in the state he was born in.
